We'll be following this one simple concept:

The Pinball Machine

Phase 1: (Clarity Sprint): Month 1

Right now you're probably overwhelmed. You're wondering where next client is coming from. So, at the end that in the first week, I will make sure you have a clear roadmap and an offer people actually want to buy. Then we'll do one of our quick cash strategies, and go after the money that's sat right under your nose which you never knew was there, usually 'old' leads and past clients who went quiet.

Phase 2: Build Your Pinball Machine: Month 2

Getting attention is easy. Earning trust is the hard part, and that's where most businesses lose the sale. We are going to build Your Pinball Machine. Whether you're doing paid ads or outreach to attract people. Every lead that comes in gets warmed up and nurtured. Your system turns strangers into hot leads. Your leads will bounce around in the background consuming assets that you've to build trust 24/7. By the time someone books a call, they're already sold.

Phase 3 (Scale): Month 3 onwards

This is the part most business owners never get to. The machine is live, the leads are flowing, and you can see exactly where every client came from. Now we turn up what's working and fix what isn't.

Over the course of the 90-days, you get:

→ 3x 1on1 calls with me so we build your 90-day roadmap and the $15k cash injection by solving immediate bottlenecks.

→ 1x weekly online group calls. These aren't basic Q&As where you get a 30-second answer and get moved along. This is a chance to meet new like-minded people and be part of a private group of entrepreneurs who are taking aggressive action toward their business goals and most importantly… have a good laugh while we're doing it!

Why the 50% discount?

To be fully transparent, I've heavily discounted the November Ben's Inner Circle because you're first. You'll be part of my first cohort. I've previously always done 1-1 coaching, but this is a hybrid of 1on1 and group coaching, which lets me help more people at a lower price. Also, while I'm working closely with you, I'll be creating an asset library (basically a library of training videos, templates and SOPs that future members will pay full price for). You get them first, and you help shape them.

And it gets better.

As you'll be part of one of the first cohorts, it does come with two major perks:

1) I've kept this group small on purpose. So, I'll know your offer, your numbers and exactly what is going on with your business specifically, so I'll know quickly what you need to improve on or double down on to grow your business.

Guarantees:

When it comes to coaching, I personally don't believe in guarantees. I believe they attract the wrong person completely. That is why I have no guarantees, no income claims, no fake promises, or refunds. The people I work with are operators. They know there are no guarantees in business, except the one you give yourself. They take ownership. They take action. And they build things that last. I've never asked for guarantees from the coaches I've worked with. Because I wasn't looking to be saved, I was just looking to level up.
